Bowflex Xtreme 2 Review

Upgraded version of the Bowflex Xtreme home gym. Few extra features have been added to expand the offer of exercises you can choose from. This is a home gym that may be interesting to a wider range of users, from beginners to experienced athletes.

Squat time is now longer because the lower pulleys are adjustable to four positions. Another good thing is the adjustable lat tower that helps you build shoulder muscles. This exercise, and all others basically, are done without cable changes needed between exercises. Xtreme 2 is time efficient and easy to use, something we all can appreciate. Comfortable workouts are guaranteed because you can adjust almost everything to your requirements and the machine itself is very stable due to its x-shaped base. Stability is a plus for this home gym and you're going to need it in case you try working out with the maximum of 410lbs weight resistance.

The only flaw we can mention here is that the leg extension can't be adjusted easily, but it's only a minor issue. If you have the money for it and are serious about exercising to improve your body, you need look no further.
